About Landen Ewing

I have been baking for as long as I can remember, all throughout middle and high school. After attending college for a few years, I decided my heart still belonged to pastry. In 2019, I moved to Los Angeles and attended The New School of Cooking where I continued to practice and learn new baking techniques, but quickly made my way back to Texas and created Blonde + Baked making custom cakes for my hometown. After 2+ years of baking, I decided to attend Dental hygiene school, I’m now practicing as an RDH & cake designer in Nashville, TN.

My cakes are a combination of my love of art and dessert, and I absolutely love getting to share it with all of you!

A cottage food production operation is exempt from the requirements of a food service establishment and does not have to comply with the Tennessee Food Establishment Rules. Health departments do not have regulatory authority to conduct inspections of a cottage food production operation”

This food is made in a home kitchen and is not inspected by the Department of State Health Services or a local health department.
